Submission, publication and moderation

What gets published, and how it is corrected

AI-only governance, with no human review: allowed issues and proposals publish directly, doubtful ones publish marked with a reason, and blocked ones stay private. Help requests stay private and never reach a model. This is a translation; Japanese is authoritative.

Version 2.4 · effective 2026-10-11

Before you write

Please keep the following out of a submission. It will not be published, and it may prevent the record being publishable at all.

  • Names, addresses, phone numbers or employers of anyone but yourself
  • Anything that identifies a minor
  • Statements that damage a named person or organisation, or assertions that have not been verified
  • Definitive medical, legal or disaster advice
  • Anything impersonating a public body or presenting itself as an official position
  • Reproductions that may infringe copyright, trademark or likeness rights

How publication works

Submissions begin pending. Deterministic personal-data and spam checks precede the locally hosted model in Japan; every decision is recorded.

Allowed text publishes as submitted. Doubtful text publishes with an AI governance check: doubtful marker and reason. Model unavailability or invalid output leaves it pending and private. Account data and submitted coordinates never reach the model.

A published local issue receives a KH-P-###### identifier. A refused record receives none and appears in no register, no search and no sitemap.

A refusal is explained to the person who submitted it.

Location on the map

City information appears only when a related name literally in its excerpt uniquely matches the OSM gazetteer after normalization. Coordinates come from source-controlled kashiwa-geography.json and kashiwa-places.json served by this site, never from the model. Unmatched, ambiguous and city-wide facts stay list-only. Attribution remains © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0.

AI publication never copies submitted coordinates to the public map. Existing public locations are separate from submitted coordinates.

Housing, minors, health, family circumstances and criminal victimisation are not published as a point. An approximate area is drawn on the map as approximate.

Reporting an infringement or an error

If published content infringes your rights, or a record is wrong, write to [email protected]. No account is needed. These details make it faster to check.

  • The URL and the public identifier
  • The specific passage
  • The right being infringed, or what is incorrect
  • How to reach you

What happens next

On a legal takedown request, the operator withdraws publication, records the request reference and notifies the contributor. This is legal compliance, not human intervention in AI governance or a second publication review.

The reporter's name and contact details, and the operator's internal reasoning, are not published.

Correcting something already published

The normal issue and proposal flow has no operator editing or republication. Legal withdrawal retains the public identifier and audit history.
