Who runs this, and what it is not

The operator

The site is not a company and not an incorporated association. It is run and funded by an individual.

The operator's name and address are given without delay to a person who has a legitimate reason to ask — a request about their own data, for example — by writing to [email protected]. They are not posted for general publication.

If that changes, this page is revised and its version and effective date are updated.

Relationship to Kashiwa City

Kashiwa Help is not an official Kashiwa City website. It is not approved, operated, commissioned, co-operated or sponsored by the city.

The city's crest, logo, official photographs and official documents are not reproduced here. City information is referenced by linking to the source, not by copying it.

• Support or interest expressed here is one signal from residents. It is not a vote and not a survey.
• A "decision" on this site is a publication decision made here. It is not an administrative decision.
• If an official public decision is ever published here, it will name its source and the date it was checked. Nothing on the site currently is one.

Cost, advertising and money

The site is free. There is no advertising, sponsorship, paid feature, membership fee or donation, there is no payment mechanism of any kind, and none is planned.

If that ever changes, it will be announced on this page before it starts, with the disclosures it requires in place first.

• Rights infringement: a request to remove published content or prevent its further transmission
• Your own data: disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision

About replies

One person operates the site, so no response time is promised. Messages are read in the order they arrive and what was done is recorded. A target that cannot be met will not be advertised.

If someone is in danger, call 110 or 119 rather than writing here. Formal municipal procedures belong at the Kashiwa City Hall counters. This site is not an emergency contact.
